At La Finca Kitchen all of our primary fruits and vegetables are organic. We strive to partner with local growers, markets and artisans to ensure we are using the freshest, seasonal ingredients possible.
18-24 months.
Apple Filling and Peach Habanero Hot Sauce each have an 18 month shelf life from date made (found on label). All other La Finca Kitchen products have a 24 month shelf life.
Once open, please refrigerate!
Yes! All our jams freeze well!
If for any reason you need to leave town or want to save part of a opened jar for later, feel free to freeze the contents and pull out later for use in your breakfast scone or charcuterie board!
