About our products and our process
All of our jams, jellies, marmalades and spreads are hand-crafted in small batches - typically only 3-5 jars at a time. As such, we are able to ensure a high quality, artisanal jam that has the desired consistency, mouth-feel, and taste. At La Finca Kitchen, we use only organic fruits and vegetables in our jams, that are in season and - when possible - locally sourced.
Our Copper Pot jam making method
We love making jam in our copper jam pot!
We researched at length the correct way to use ancient French jam-making using copper pots, and have found that the resulting jam has a smooth and silky texture and a beautiful consistency. Not all jams can be made using a copper jam pot, but we are so excited to be able to use it when we can so that our customers can enjoy the high-quality, delicious results!
